She said in her internal monologue that this insect is both like and not-like the other insects, referring to Gomi and the random men who grope her on the train.
This indicates to me that she actually enjoys gets turned on being objectified and subjected to men's perverted desires on some level even if she hates it/them at the same time.
If this hypothesis is true then it's likely she's getting frustrated/tired/turned off by Gomi being so timid and toothless and needing so many nudges.
Unless it's somehow the combination of herbivore-ness/shyness/timidity and perversion which Yumezoora finds attractive, but IMO that's a bit too specific and convenient and contrived.
I expect the author will punch us in the gut in some way with Yumezora's mindset. her finding herbivore men cute is too soft and safe and easy.

Late comment so I'm sure her motives have been answered but I see it as a power dynamic. The men on the train are disgusting cuz they're exerting physical size and power over her but Gomi is disgusting in a way where he turns into a wilting leaf at the slightest touch. She may be using him to live out a type of revenge fantasy with a guy who's so careful and shy she can basically lead him around by her little finger.
