I've seen quite a few references for a guy having a girl sit on his shoulders, but I don't think I've ever seen a pear.

Yeah, the vertical text is 'thighs' and the bottom is '(Myrtaceae)' which is the Myrtle tree family. I can't figure out the text in the pear(?). I'm guessing that her thighs are as smooth as a pear or the bark of a Myrtle tree.

i think it might be that her thighs  sme ll like myrtle, since it's generally mostly known for smelling nice. same might apply to the pear, in which case it's not a metaphor for him being overwhelmed by the feel of her thighs, but rather by their scent.
