Also, Hanabi really makes me think she is like an amalgamation of Uzaki and Nagatoro but with only the annoying and problematic traits/personalities.

Totally I wouldn't justify her actions I mean they were dating for what ten years, yet no kissing I think and no one even knew they were dating. She saw him as being beneath her and treated him like a slave

bruh I didn't understand one bit how the ML started to like the FL. He showed 0 indications, suddenly FL confesses and he's like - sure why not. I can bet all my money, if it was some other random girl instead of FL who first be friended the MC and confessed MC would accept her too. The romance between FL and ML is very poorly written and literally seems one sided other than the fact ML has huge confidence issues and keeps saying "I love you"

I've been trying to fathom why she would have him wait or humiliate him in front of the guys. Maybe she wanted to feel like she was in control of him and the relationship. It's weird that she hung out with guys though. If it were girls I'd get it. It would be displaying ownership over him. But guys don't really yap about other's relationships. Even if she proved ownership to men, they wouldn't really do a good job at spreading that knowledge.
