It seems like a slow ecchi slice of lime with a lil bit of romance, but it's too slow for my liking, there's the whole thing about the inheritance, the 1 year time restriction and the love triangle, but we have the first volume down and nothing has really happened.
I do hope the next volumes get more progression and I do hope they do something with the other dude, he really does nothing for the story so far.
