What a great hilarious chapter.
We have:
Honestly this is probably my favorite mermaid introduction into a series outside of perhaps One Piece. Combining the obsessive fluffer personality with a persistent mermaid and a fenrir using force to deal with this pest was chefs kiss.
We have:
- A wild fluff addict appears. What will Fenrir do? Fluff addict uses cling. It is successful. Fenrir uses tail whip. It has no effect. Fluff addict is charmed and continues to cling harder. Fenrir uses hyperbeam. It's not very effective....Fluff addict uses cling harder.. Fenrir uses call allies. Allied Skeleton Mama uses fireball. Fluff addict uses summon leviathan.
- Fluff addict trying to keep fluff by force.
- Divine beasts meeting each other: Wassup, how you doing? I'm chill fam, how about you. I'm pretty good, but this gurl won't leave me alone. I feel you.
- Leviathan going along with Fluff addicts wild misunderstanding of surface dwellers culture despite knowing she's crazy.
- Leviathan using a considerate version of a natural disaster level spell.
- Leviathan that is scared of ghosts/undead. Fantastic twist of expectations. (If my sister can be scared of a spider or roach despite being hundreds of times It's size and far more powerful, I don't see why it's not possible for a sea monster)
- Did I mention the deadpan hyperbeams
