The MC's life is forever ruined, his cowardly actions revealed and he gets to try to lead a normal life while the public knows of his actions and he may or may not be disowned by his family, the rapist pedo grampa goes to jail and/or gets shanked, Ayana gets into a foster home and either finds herself someone who will actually love her and fix her (difficulty: Impossible), or she gets knocked up by the MC and has a kid with the only thing in her life that gave her any security before the MC robbed it all away but kept a tiny minuscule idea of possible happiness for her, which is procreate and have a kid, someone whom she could have an actual pure love with rather than the desperate love she had towards the MC but whose cowardly scumbag actions completely shattered when she found him pleasuring himself at her despair, but whom she still feels lingering love towards that can be manifested into something that she can consider a part of her hopeful dream she had when she was younger without the deadbeat father that would be the MC.

Oh and, Miya moving on and finding an actually good boyfriend before she ends up losing her virginity to this asshole of an MC. If she actually ends up in a relationship with him, then that'd be a bad ending.

Everyone hates the MC for what he did as a child. Do you really expect every child to have the morality necessary to know how to navigate a situation like coming across someone as gruesome as rape in your innocence? And if that event ends up making you feel horny just because of the sheer optics of your childhood friend's boobs, when you aren't even at an age where you can be expected to understand how bad that act truly is nor know how to deal with your own sexuality...

Like don't get me wrong, it's a fucked up thing to do and many children wouldn't do it, but come on, we are treating him like the rapist here basically.
