this is just stupid, how is your blackmail leverage being "I'll tell them about the time I raped you" like what??? WHY ARE YOU TAKING IT OUT ON HIM INSTEAD OF THE GRANDPA ANYWAY???

I don't think you understand the full context of that threat.

"So who is this girl whose pussy you ate out?"
"Oh her? She's my childhood friend who I saw was getting raped by her grampa, so I ran away and jerked off to the memory of her getting raped. Then she found me and raped me. Haha, I'm the victim, please be my girlfriend still."

Yeah, I don't think that works out.
Now, I will agree with you that she definitely needs to do something about her gramps.

But he also needs to get punishment coming his way. And as you can tell from everyone's frustration. The fact that he's a cuck coward continues to perpetuate his misery, which is all relatively deserved because he's not just a coward, he's also an emotionally attached coward who still thinks of her as his precious childhood friend as you was seen from his inner monologue last chapter, glossing over the fact that he jerked off to being cucked while she was raped, and from this chapter, implying that he may have been more of a somewhat willing participant midway through the rape...

Which, by the way, guys are typically stronger then girls. You would think he would be able to, y'know, overpower her or even physically flee?

Now the matter of the scumbag MC aside and the menhera girl who's hunting him down aside, and on the matter of blackmail itself.

I do agree, do not submit to being blackmailed. Just tank the damage. The moment you give them power, they will retain power over you in perpetuity. Like if your PC gets ransomware. Just because you pay the group that got your PC locked up doesn't mean that they're going to free up your PC, or not infect it again later... Or just ask for more money, or worse yet, ask for something else tangible that they can then use to further blackmail you. Accept the damage, move on and learn your lesson for next time. Of course, this becomes incredibly difficult when dealing with at scale operations like, say, a hospital. But to begin with, a hospital should be having an internal only system for key operations and data, but now I'm diverting into way off topic.
