Honestly this entire thing is a shit show the female childhood friend is the absolute worse and while she does deserve some sympathy she doesn't really deserve all that much. The male childhood friend is just a complete asshole and from that single panel we saw of him as a little kid and the older woman we can very easily guess that he has pretty much an identical backstory to the female childhood friend. The MC is definitely a piece of shit for not reporting what happened or trying to stop it but he did not deserve to be raped and emotionally tortured for it. The FMC is the only innocent one in this entire situation and I wish the best for her. I'm dropping this series.
