As someone who spent comically large amount of time cleaning her ear here, I can confirm she did indeed always have that many of them. But you can see the mangaka forgetting to paint her nails black sometimes.

I hope it's a joke, cause this is one of the worst takes I've heard this year, and I regularly go on the Internet.
It'll be the stock several chapters of all the girls thinking its a single date cause MC fails to tell them its a group thing (which is pretty asshole of him as he should know being japanese the signifigance of what hes doing).
Why would it be a joke? There's literally nothing going for her compared to the other girls. Hell, even the new girl in this chapter beats her in basically every category.
Even if they all confessed I doubt anything would change. Poor Haru.
