Kids are emotional and petty. It was clearly an important thing for Maki and she felt for sure that Ichika would come, so when she didn't, she felt betrayed. Yes, it's petty and stupid. Yes, it's probably not that big of a deal from an outside perspective. She's still a kid, so that kind of emotional response makes sense.
