Yeah, kinda figured that this was spiraling towards an ending that last chapter and all of the girls appearing at once. Either that or this is some weird twist where it'll end up being that Karin has been dead this whole time and he's only been interacting with her spirit that was splintered into so many parts.

Would explain why she has no memories too if she's actually been dead and he just never knew or had locked that memory away somehow.
