This manga is peak, don't care what anyone here says. Pseudo harem, 100 girlfriends, and this manga are all peak fiction and some of the funniest and happiest chapters I've read. This always puts a smile on my face.

At least, that's 7 that we know of from the cover art. There could easily be more added just because they can, lol

Or maybe there were always more planned, but they could only reasonably put 7 on the same page

And on top of that, in chapter 2 the charm says Yuu prayed for another meeting with Karin excessively for ten years

There are a few problems with adding more willy-nilly. The biggest would be postponing focussing on the original Karen, since she will probably come at the end.
Regarding the idol: The girl on the right who looks back at the viewer, looks similar to her, so I assume it`s her.
