Not necessarily, she once spoke Sarina's name in Ruby's presence but she was half sleep and though she hear wrong. There have been a tacital "my previous life is not your business" deal between the two almost since the start

Even if they realise who the other used to be, they have always chosen not to interfere with each other’s new lives based on their original ones. But, since they both feel disgusted by her first mother completely forgetting her existence……. 😒
