So turns out the poster here. didn't post the whole chapter 122. When I first read the chapter I was like this doesn't feel right. Like a lot of important stuff was cut. They cut a whole lot of info out. Turns out
Aqua tells Ruby who he is, and tells her about her dream about wanting to be an idol, and Calls her by her old name. Ruby asks Aqua are you the doctor, and he said yes, and shows her the key chain. I knew chapter 123 felt incomplete. Now I know for sure they talked about their old lives.
