Since half-naked Pieyon that first appeared is definitely not Aqua (he had his reality show recording at the same time as Ruby-Kana's collab with Pieyon), there are some possible theories here:

1. This Pieyon is the same as the half-naked Pieyon, Aka just trolling.
2. The Pieyon that appeared in this chapter was all Aqua.
3. Real Pieyon and Aqua take turns training them, that's how they could help them practice everyday despite being busy with their own schedule.
4. There are at least 2 Pieyons, both are not Aqua. The Pieyon that appeared in this chapter just happen to resemble Aqua but not him making it a red herring.
