To anyone who didn't catch it: he was going to call her by her surname like usual, but realizing that there's two of them with the same surname (her fictional sister and herself), he called her by her given name instead. She condemned herself for creating the situation where she got called by her given name, which is of course a sign of closeness in Japanese culture.
