despite the comments about this manga, i do quite enjoy this slow-absurd plot manga, maybe because the relationship is just so absurd that it makes me want to see it more just to understand them bit by bit, and also i hope chikage will get more closer to oota and thus making the 'prince' realize her own feelings towards oota more (because of jealousy), this surely will atleast make a progress on the manga

That's a good question. While I enjoy the side couple, anything about the main couple feels more like a filler.

Well nerutorare more commonly known as ntr is the most favourite subcategory of hentai which really is just a more extreme vision of what portrayed here, so I’m pretty sure there is such a market in Japan for awkward endless love.

I'll be honest I don't even know if I'm reading this ironically or unironically anymore.
I think I read the initial 2-3 chapters thought it could develop into a romcom or fluff and bookmarked it, but completely forgot about it.
Then I think after the bestie arc I just saw the updates had many comments.
I checked out the recent updates to see if it was as bad as the comments said.
And ever since I just keep up with the chapters, get severe brain damage and open the comments to feel validated.
This is so bad it kinda has become another one of my guilty pleasure manga.

To this day I haven't the read chapters that introduced and formed the side-couple.

The only solace I have is --
I might be cooked, but not as much as the characters of this manga.

At this point I want this manga to roll in its own filth like a pig. It's beyond salvaging, so screw it. The story is already fucked beyond belief, and the characters are more or less cartoon caricatures. Fuck it, let's ball. Let Oota and the weird chick start dating, let the side couple break up and get together a couple more times, maybe the weird non-lesbo best friend can fingerbang the "prince" a little just to introduce yet more dumbass drama. Go full retard. Make the boyfriend of the side couple fall in love with Oota. Just do it.
