Good on Sawa for refusing the nomination. She's already semi-permanently at the center of things going on in that school, and if she ran for SC prez and won that would just cement her place in the limelight; and that's gotta be pretty damn tiring for this supposedly normal girl whose flaws are actually being a pushover and trying to meet everyone's expectations.
So the SC girl who confessed to Hachiouji before and got rejected is named Hino. Noted.

TBF, even in real life it always depends on the school, so I guess that in this one it's mostly for administrative purposes.
