I feel like an asshole since it's folks who do this for free in their free time, but the translator & proofreader both need to be replaced. Obviously it could be worse, but if the choice is between something not being translated or something being translated but it feels like you're reading mad-libs, I'll always choose the former.

I don't know about grammars and stuffs since I'm not that good in English(So sorry for the mistakes that I made in writing this). I'll be blunt, I DON'T RECOMMEND IT TO PEOPLE WHO ARE DUMB. I tried to check out the raws and with the disconnected conversations it's really hard to understand. The translator seems like he sticked with how the conversation goes. These translations are hard to understand but I think it's better than the raws(It's funny because the translator seems to be having a hard time on how he would write the conversations). I don't know if it's the mangaka or the LN's fault for giving us these kinds of conversations. There's not much information in the raws as well. Yes, it is heavy text manga but not much information and also the Author used difficult words. I think the author wants us to understand the story ourselves. Imo, this is a DEEP manga regarding Light Novel Authors. Putting that aside, this is what I understand from the raws/translations so far;
(This is for the guys who doesn't seem to follow the story)

-Tenjin wrote a story that he likes but it didn't sell well.(But of course, some readers liked his debut work)
-His previous editor forced him to change his literary style.
-Tenjin changed his literary style in order for his books to sell.
-Connect it to "Doing things like they wanted us to do." ^^
-Tenjin also connects that quote from being a Cram School Instructor.

-Therefore being a Cram School Teach & LN author is the same.
-Tenjin said CS Teach & LN author is the worst business.
-Seika said it's not. She said that both are the best business.
-Seika said she wants to be an author and wants Tenjin to coach him.
-Seika said she wants to write her own story because she was inspired by "Tende-Author".
-Tenjin told Seika that if she wants her book to sell, she needs to give up about writing her own story.(This was not written in the raws/translations but it feels like this is what the author wants to tell us)

This is what I understand so far. It seems like the author based it on personal experience and it looks like they don't have a freedom to write their own story(Since they have editors, the story they want to write will somewhat change). I've read some criticism in the comments but I think the translator is not at fault since he followed what's written in the dialogues but I do think that he needs to reword some lines to make it more understandable. But whatever, if you guys are going to continue translating, hope you can use those criticism as a motivation to improve. Best regards to this team.(Btw, I'm from reddit, I just joined here)

Also, I think I mentioned in the previous chapter but either the dialogues or the translation are weird. There were some parts where I got a headache trying to understand what the fuck they were even trying to say and had to pretty much give up.

I even tried to check things with google translate(just to get context) but i came to the conclusion that it is what it is. The manga itself doesn't really explains anything and the conversations jumps from one point to another without order and felt really disconnected. The translator tried his best to simplify the conversations but you can't really change too much because it will affect the whole story. I know i can't blame you guys because you guys probably can't read japanese(same here). But the things that the two of you said is incredibly rude .@Virginkiller21 explained some things that'll probably help you guys understand the story
