One could be a death flag, but the ending feels more like her future self went to the past and they ended up running across each other, so she was either locked away, or straight up executed o_o..

Man, I still want to know, if Kako actually ends up with her, or if it really is her baby, or she just says it's Kako's baby for some other reason

I'm going to guess that Kako invents time travel, though I don't know if that is enough to fit Mirai's line about Kako being a great person in her past. What I don't get is why does the future prediction machine not work unless our yuri is set to end in tragedy or it was programmed not to view people who are known to disappear in the past
