If tree branch is an arm.. imagine how ridiculous is a person with hundreds of arms attached..
At that point, will they still worship it?

Furthermore, trees got natural damage from nature, it is useless effort to try and PROTECT trees on public space, as once the government demolish it, it is what it is and none of the people giving the command will lost any limbs. This is so dumb it is horrifying.

I'm reminded of bozo tourists that make the news every now and then when they go visit ancient rock formations and try to break them or carve their names into them. Very effective horror in chapter without going into excessive gore. Good mix of suggestion and demonstration of the curse. Thanks for the chapter.
