I initially liked this a long time ago until the translations stopped.
After a reread, I find it a bit boring with an impossibly kind hero, and the princess is super aggressive and annoying. She's virtually got no chemistry or moments with him so I don't know why the author is pushing her onto him.

Well good news for you. Looks like the princess is most likely moving on to a different guy.

Dropped.
  • Had great promisse
  • The guy is impossible kind (in a stupid, without reason way)
  • The heroins are in love with him, the reason why is meh
  • Stuf happend around him are stupid impossible without a reason
  • MC reactions make no sense in almost all pannels.

Liked the description of the manga.
Linke the thumbnails.
Like the fist manga, hes doing his work, preing for the goddes, something good happend, e he is kind to a stranger.

After that.... 👎💩

MC killed two bad guys in ch2
Impressive, and rare in these stories

EDIT: Yep, the longer this goes the better it gets. Ch 33 is peak storytelling.
I am pleasantly surprised. Also MC is not a wimp, just overly kind. There is a difference and many authors fail at it, but not this one.
EDIT: and then, nothing happens for the next ~20 chapters, so maybe I was too quick with my praises

Story goes nowhere. Touches on some interesting ideas like the power of worship, idea of evil, and the roles we assign for ourselves but doesn't really explore any of it. Kane gets his happy ending without any real growth just because his friends all give him a nudge. That pretty succinctly describes every arc.

Finally it's done!
After rereading the last 10 chapters on a different site, I have to say this story was very sweet, but the biggest problem was the MC
His self-pity was ramped up quite a bit in the last 4 chapters, and it was so annoying to read.
Despite that, it wrapped up with everything going well for everyone except sword girl (she might lez it up with the black haired girl since Kane chose his revived wife over her).
The ending felt kinda vacuous to be honest, though I'm glad this work can finally be put in the completed section of my library.

i also just came across the last chapters. to me it feels a bit rushed, since the story went from the princess being more honest about her noble vs personal feelings, to the final chapter of reviving altena, introducing a "new" god simply for the sake of these final chapters. if this series was axed, it at least concluded in a good way. and the princess still has the option to legalize polygamy i guess. a few questions will stay unanswered including whether kane will have lost his special skills now, but, again, it's a fine ending overall.

From reading the WN and LN years ago and reading the manga ending now, i can say the last 3 chapters went somewhat the same as the source as a conclusion, but i can see why they may feel rushed, because they basically made a whole arc from the WN and LN out of the last 3 chapters basically, it had alot more stuff going on too, in between Altena resurrection and their wedding, like there were more moments with the resurrected Altena to up her character and warm up to everyone, but overall aside the last few chapters, the manga had alot more going on and expanded quite a bit from the novel, so am at least happy this got a good enough adaptation that actually finished
