I was wondering about that, it seemed like Reda hadn't been living in the town for too long, despite how much had changed since he and his daughter arrived, so he couldn't have known the brothel owner for very long. I guess she didn't make her move that long ago because he was still with that gold digger who's now dead.

I think it's more to do with the fact that she is the youngest of his wife (I mean she just became legal in the story around few months back).

And as we know, the younger the age, the quicker they can conceive.
