I feel like this story really needs to touch more on the relationship between the old man and the high schooler for it to feel satisfying. Not necessarily in a romantic way, just a resolution to her arc. We didn't even see a mention of her past chapter 4/5 beyond her grieving the beer's death and the new beer's arrival.

Without her it just feels like an old man's perverted delusions

I feel like the leader of the party she joined is a scummy guy and our MC will probably reconnect with the girl when he sees her being sold as a slave. I could be wrong, but the way this has been written so far I can see that happening and MC buying her to save her with other activities becoming possible. The goddess did say they were tied(?) together by fate so I'm sure she'll reappear, if we can trust the goddess.
