I guess it's time for pop's backstory. Kinda sucks he did all that work, just to grow old without much to show for it.

Can't wait for the reaction "he was like that? no way" y'know that kind of reaction. (I find it endearing and cute when people share people's pasts and the newblood and/or youngster are amazed or suprised. Guess it calls back to the time honored oral tradition of telling stories like veterans recounting their war experiences or an uncle you know recounting their youth with your father. Or seeing an old photo of your parent before they met their significant other. Something like that.)
