are you sure that's aluminum??
Considering the massive amount of electricity it takes to refine bauxite (and also this is a fantasy setting), I'd wager that metal is mithril, not aluminum.
But as far as metallurgy mistakes go, "Mysterious lightwight silvery metal, maybe it's some sort of aluminum alloy" is pretty understandable.

yea so what i think is they planed to make it some sort of silver alloy but changed it afterwards thats why at the start he says light silver metal in the middel he says alloy and at the end just aluminium also thats prob the reaseon they cut out part 3 wich could be the alloy melting phase but i couoldnt find any other raw wit part 3 so ... and i cant just change the lore even tho it would makke sense

The other manga started in 2020 and even before that was a book, this one started in 2023 and isn't listed as an adaptation.

Aluminum is weird choice for a bow. Aluminum hardens after bending and aging so it would it would become brittle fairly quickly. Although if you anneal it with heat it will go back to being soft again. Steel would be way better but it's not the worst choice for a fire breathing dragon.
