otaku cloud scans

if I'm not mistaken, otaku cloud scans stopped/retired from scanlated stuff.. also their sponsor no longer support them.. so can't we reupload all their released here?

@NeonNinjaSushi if you're absolutely sure that they're not gonna get revived then yeah i don't think they can complain if you do, so go ahead. but if you want to be absolutely sure go ask the staff. IMO, dead groups means that they relinquish all dibs and upload rules to the certain manga because it was dibbed by the group, not as per staff (which would be just ridiculous), and that without the group, the upload rules are unenforceable (unless picked up by another group ofc)
