Take lots of photos with your friends and family, folks. Since that's sometimes all you'll have when they're gone or lives have drifted apart. There's years-long stretches of time where I'm not in any family albums except for the one or two obligational shots at Christmas. I don't really have any photos with my scant acquaintances in grade school, just hazy memories of a time where I didn't explicitly hate myself for waking up in the morning.

Hopefully you don't end up with my photo history:
Family's shutterbug from an early age.
Then you notice you're never with anyone or for that matter doing anything.
Then at some point you notice you're only taking pictures of things and not people. And that you never share any of it.
Then at some point I noticed I simply stopped taking pictures, despite accruing and maintaining about $2k in hobbyist gear. That was probably circa 2015-2016 or so.

I've been through some losses and it's really when you stop to look back that you notice how important those pictures can be. I hope whoever reads your comment can cherish this idea too, take more pictures with people you care.
