I mean... who the hell would say "You're a gyaru who's kind to Otaku, Right?" towards the very same person their applying that standard to? It's the same energy as "Believe me I'm totally a good guy. I'm an activist who supports this, this, and this social issues. You can relax in believing me in whatever I say or do. I'm clearly a very moral person." kind of thing.

Also what even are gyarus other than an asthetic?
It's a culture like punk is a style but also way way more than that, gyaru also have sub culture and all but I do not have enough knowledge for that

Damn hardcore.

But fair, who tf would ask a question/start a conversation like that? "aRE YoU a gAL WHo iS KInD tO oTAkUs?" come on.
I'm not sure it is the start of a convo, for all we know they could've had some semblance of a rapour until this point.

Ah okay that makes sense, makes me wonder what gyaru music would be like if said movement was accompanied with such like the punks were.

I think you have some of that, like from the very far away view I have on the whole movement it seems to be a pretty damn interesting one to learn about

That's not really a question to get mad about even if you find it weird.
Is she mad? The otaku’s stereotyping disgusted her. If i stereotyped someone, they have a right to not be happy (or whatever they want to feel). All that matters is what you do after that mistake.
