Is she mad? The otaku’s stereotyping disgusted her. If i stereotyped someone, they have a right to not be happy (or whatever they want to feel). All that matters is what you do after that mistake.
Yeah that would make sense if she asked for an apology and pointed out his mistake but her response was to immediately stop talking to him and get mad That won't fix the problem that he made and he won't necessarily understand because he has no social skills, This just ends the relationship and pretty much that's all that happens

Thats ideal. But if a stranger was rude to you and you dont want to associate yourself with them anymore, it is what it is. First impression is a big deal. The other ideal is the otaku manning up to his little mistake. No social skills doesnt mean youd lack sincerity. Just like any other otaku protagonist. Sincerest of them all.
