It's typically on a spectrum of mixed male and female stereotypes. On one end of the spectrum is a tall, tan, short-haired muscle girl who acts super girly and has very girly hobbies. On the other end, long long hair, not-tall, not-buff, pale and acts super manly with 'male' hobbies such as smoking, painting khorne figures, beating everyone at basketball and so on.

I haven't read the other chapters yet but I have read a panel from this same artist and she does have a somewhat masculine mindset seeing as she wasn't comfortable with the feminine makeover her sister gave her
