Ahhh. If the original is the sweet cake, this is the slightly bitter tea that goes with it. As previously commented, the original is great for black hole harem comedy and this version gives us intrigue and suspense. I think it’s nice that the message here is that you can try to make amends but it doesn’t take back your past hurtful actions nor should the person you’re apologizing to forgive you. But I’m hoping she can help mend her family.

unlike the others it's natural that keith reacted like this bc they've been together since they were kids so if the other characters warm up that easily to katarina (just like in og ver) it's quite understandable since they all met up as grown ups, they didn't spend lots of time around katarina before (except gerald) so there's nothing actually wrong if some chapters here are like the og. just bc it's a spin-off it has to be completely diff, remember these are the main characters so katarina still needs to interact with them bc the game basically revolve around them
