Very naisu. Character development is superb. The bar isn't that high but still quite decent for manga.

Glad this is a generic "reincarnated into an otome game as a supporting character and I'm not alone" manga, because if you hadn't already been exposed to it they ended it at the perfect spot to entice you to pay for official translations
