Lol that is EXACTLY what it's like having a pet. Feeling betrayed whenever they cling onto a stranger. My small brain is just now making the connection between the pet relationship and MarixYuu's dynamic. Yuu is really insecure so she can't handle when Mari is with others. She does S things to reassert her control over the situation/get revenge, but also to prove to herself that their bond is unique and that she's providing something no one else can.
