If you really want to Shizuka you'll move on but youre just too into Kaoru, not to mention you always fall into her pace now youre really thinking youre using Ichinose as a substitute after what Kaoru told you .... Youve never gotten over her and you dont want too.
Kinda bitter but hopeful end to volume 6, maybe Shizuka is able to forget Kaoru making new memories with Ichinose.
