Hmmm... now that I think about it.
Agemaki's probably the best guy there. Riken's too emotionally distant. Yeah his whole thing is "big strong and physically reliable" but he's not there for his allies emotionally. It's really the opposite I know of the quite guys IRL. The quite guys IRL are generally pretty conscious of the emotions of other people.
The other guy... Blanking on his name doesn't have any qualities that stand out to me.
