->Me finding out what has been being worked on instead is a Doujin for Summer Comiket
-> Me finding out she is currently polling for another doujin to draw for Oct 2024 instead of Zakuro
This isn't a case of sour grapes, because it isn't. If you want to push off/delay this manga, very well. Just please stop hyping it up and proceeding to blue ball your fans who have been patiently waiting for your return. I would have rather it just been shelved indefinitely with no announcements PERIOD until she (Hoshino) was ACTUALLY back to pull her energy into this manga. And to cut an argument off at the pass (the "you are not entitled to anything" argument), I can easily say, you are right, however, no creator is entitled to my backing nor patience. If I feel like I've been waiting patiently for 8 years and I'm proceeded to be jerked around, its like all my near decade worth of good will has been wasted and kicked to the wayside. And trust me, it's a feeling I wish upon no one.
