"You're a disgrace to the male kind"
Luxion speaks the truth. The bastard has two fine girls throwing themselves at him and he refuses to step up and take responsibility for their feelings after all he's done, even if he does love them. He's way, WAY past the point of being a mob. Goodness, drop that "I'm not good enough" mentality already. He's a nationally famous war hero and count. He should've gotten the memo the first time he was promoted. He's approaching infuriating levels of impostor syndrome that I've really only seen in one other manga. Please don't go there.
I hated the sleazy King Roland for hitting on Livia last time, but now that he's helped arrange this engagement plot I guess I can hate him a little less. He might be a slimy prick, but he's also forcing some belated progress to happen for the main throuple which has spun its wheels already for far too long.
"So manly!"
Aren't you ashamed as a man that your future wife, the beautiful Angie is more manly than you are? Fo shame! Man up, boy!
I can't believe it took a royal conspiracy, including a bit of betrayal by his machine buddy to get him to stand up and make things official with the girls he loves. Anyway, it seems we're not even allowed to enjoy an actual wedding this early in, so of course a triple engagement ceremony (in groom's suit and wedding dresses, no less) is the best we get. But I'll take it over more status quo... Congrats on the future official throuple. I don't even know how he got through with them in sexy nightgowns just talking all night like it was a slumber party featuring three girls. Leon has the body of a teenage boy who's gone through puberty, right?
Man, I'm sad that Livia and Angie are narratively getting put on the bus so we're stuck with just Leon and the stupid six while he "studies overseas," geez. Talk about gathering the annoying characters all in one place so we can watch more of their misadventures, while I get to see even less of Livia, Angie and Queen Mylene who are like top three of the characters I like in this. But okay, we can't have too much romantic progress now, can we?
I'm gonna miss this artist's art. I guess they could be doing it to speed up the adaptation, given that according to novel readers there's over 10 novels and we've barely just finished the first arc. Different artists could then start adapting different arcs in parallel so the manga can catch up like what Seishun Buta Yarou is doing instead of taking maybe a decade at the current rate. No offense to Jun-sensei who has done an excellent job drawing these characters, I'm sure they did what they can at a humanly possible rate.
