Considering there seems to be someone who's effectively usurped the protagonist role from the actual protagonist (whom the MC is currently helping out), and she's doing it in a very... effective way, something has definately changed.

Whether it's something weird, or that girl being a reincarnator (given that she seems to know the outcome and in last chapter said she's waited for 10 years for the princes) and decided to take over the targets instead of letting the protagonist do it. And she's probably doing it in a more efficient and quicker manner than he remembers.

So... the actual protagonist Olivia is up for grabs, and the villainess Angelica will probably have some changes happen, meaning... marrying into the duke household?

Ok so incoming theory , that girl is 100% a reincarnator or is being manipulated to take the roll , let's hope we see her and the princes combat capabilities , also could be the mc's sister since she olayed the game too.

Also , i think his sister didn't get to endgame since she asked the mc to complete it to see the juicy scemes in the gallerie that galge / otome games have , so she may not have the insight in the game like : enemy weaknesses , secrets , different choice paths , cheats , pay2win exploits (like our mc) , etc.

She sounded like the type of person that didn't play a hard hitting JRPG , r18+ jrpgs can be so ridiculous that you will end up either grinding for hours for that H scene , or just watch a guide , exploits or straight up cheats.

Anyway , my guess is that she will suffer a lot simply because she is unintentionally throwing the other characters to the MC ( Angelica is the villainess , so she should have really high stats in contrast to the other characters in-game terms).
