Honestly this was one of the best chapters in that the rat got decapitated and the prince and his crew finally saw the true face of the "saint"
They take her back. One of those "love is blind" moments. She even tries to let them down easy and extract herself from their lives once she realizes she didn't really love them back, but they won't leave.

To add onto Post #57,
"What was the last thing you remember before you reincarnated here?" I asked her.
"Um, well, my boyfriend beat me. I remember thinking it was getting particularly bad, but by the time I realized what was happening, I was here in this world." She poked out her tongue as if to say, Tee hee!
Annoyed—was she really going to joke about that?—I pointed my gun at her.
She jumped back, both hands in the air. "C'mon, Bubby, I really did do my bestest!"

For anyone looking to get the light novels, I gotta warn you to skip the first 5-7 pages, as the publishers, in their infinite wisdom, decide to put all the color pages at the front, without spoiler warnings. But the translations are pretty good, so I'd still recommend the official English release from Seven Seas Entertainment.

God damn Balcus that was awesome. Show no mercy to those who wrong your family. Could someone please remind me why can't Zora just board the ship if women are the dominating class in this world? Is it because she doesn't own the ship itself? Thanks for the translations.
War situation, Leon basically called up his father to fight, that's why Balcus tried to pull the...blonde bastard I forgot his name. Saying it's "his first campaign".
That's the thing about nobility, you're expected to fight for king and country when you're called.

A little bit of spoilers so don't read if you dont want them.
They indeed hated each other but in brother/sister way, so they still care for each other, surprisingly especially Marie. She'll be a little bit annoying in the future but mostly will behave and will save everyone a few times. She's still a brat, but hey, she were around 15-17 years when she suddenly died, came to a different world she almost didn't knew with a family that forced her depths on her. Leon had loving Dad and mom, Lux kun and brothers. Marie had no one and massive depth on her. It does not make her choices reasonable or anything, but at least you can understand why she did what she did. Now when she have Leon around her, she'll get better... sometime in the future xDDD

IT HAPPENED!

That dual moment of dawning comprehension was honestly one of the best things I've seen in this manga for a very long time.

I have to say, I didn't expect Leon's dad to behead that dude. Based and hardcore.
The most surprising thing that happened. Well, it was more surprising that the first actually happened, rather than being even more dragged on, but still.

I feel like this story is veering towards the MC forgiving Marie and bringing her into his entourage despite all of her past transgressions just because Marie is MC's sister from their past life... and that makes me sad. I really want Marie to pay the piper and face real retribution for all the trouble she's caused.
Honestly, I'd rather have her dance some humiliation conga. A very long conga line. That's just so much more satisfying than killing them off and then they're just gone and don't have to suffer anymore. I also wouldn't mind her growing up and behaving moderately more proper, because characters learning and developing some decency is satisfying. Both would be good, though.

Also, family bonds can be surprisingly strong. This "reunion" is probably the one happy thing I'd give her.

The men are rebelling against the system that oppressed them for so long. The men have all the weapons and physical strength to oppose them, but lacked the political relevancy to take any action. Now that the country is on the verge of defeat and they are all retreating instead fighting, the laws of the country they're abandoning means nothing to them.

It's like a captain ordering the crew around - no one will oppose the captain because he's the highest authority, but if the crew decides to kick the captain off and take over the ship, what is the guy supposed to do alone against so many? Same logic.

My question is: will Leon even hold his sister to any form of accountability to being a reason why he died?
As I remember it,
no. He figures he evened the field when he emailed his mother the sister's text messages and proof of his innocence over the yaoi porn. She'd have been in major trouble for lying about needing the money for school and he'd be back to his usual 9-5 lifestyle. The death was more unfortunate than anything else, like being too sleepy to avoid a head-on collision with a drunk driver. Similarly, previous-Marie's life was thrown into the gutter after simultaneously losing all of her parents' trust and a big brother to keep her away from terrible life decisions.

Wow... who saw that coming?(sarcasm)... Also they basically look the same as their previous lives, was it really that hard to make them different to sell better the idea that they couldn't recognize each other?
they have different face a, different hair and skin color, different pitch in voice and different heights compared to they're past life and this difference is enough to make anyone unrecognizable

They only have vague memory of themselves in past life (Yet somehow have perfect retention of their knowledge of the game). Leon and Marie doesn't even remember their name, each other names, and the name of their family members.

Litteraly making a full chapter to make this bitch as a poor weak girl just to erase all the sentiments that were build from all her bitchy act in her previous life and the actual so that she will stay and be "forgiven" by the MC and reader...
And I was more hyped for this manga after seeing the dad killing the guy who plotted against his son without any thought...

Marie wasn't 15-17 when she died, pretty sure she was even older than that when Leon died. Anyway she lived for pretty long time after Leon passed away.
She was married, divorced, was abused by her boyfriend, at one point had a daughter that was raised by her parents because she is irresponsible, and then died. She was probably in her late 30's or around 40 when she died.

Marie's backstory after the death of Leon on earth is actually really horrible and is primarily what made her the way she is now. She's like this not only due to immaturity, but she's outright scarred and traumatized from things that happened in her life.

To explain, after Leon dies, their parents find out what a heartless piece of shit she is and practically disown her. Losing all of the support in her life she falls in with a bad crowd and ends up pregnant with a useless man's kid. The man, not wanting to take responsibility dumps and she lives a live of constant work to provide for her child, at some point she realizes that she can't provide for her daughter and begs her parents to take their grandchild in which they do and assume custody of child. After that she falls in with another bad man who basically abuses her and takes her hard earned money for his gambling. Her life ends when she finds out and tells this boyfriend she's pregnant again and he beats her to death.

Now she reincarnates into the game world and her life is still shit, with the added bonus that there is no big brother to protect her this time. Her family is poor and abusive, she was to be sold for money (much like how Leon was to before he got partner) so she trained super hard on her healing, this is the main reason why her body is so small, she broke herself trying to capture any shred of happiness she could grasp, and her knowledge of the game and the Otome capture targets were her ticket out of the hell that was her 2 lives.

While knowing how much a hell her life was after her big bro died doesn't excuse her actions and all the shit she's pulled, you still understand how and why she ended up the way she is. Though now that she knows Leon is her former older brother, in the next chapter she runs up to Olivia and practically begs her to give Leon back to her, trading everything she has back to Olivia for just Leon (the saint position, the capture targets, everything). Olivia has a few words to return to her, but yeah. From then on she clings to Leon and being the nice bastard that he is, does the minimum effort to bail her out of big issues.
