Thanks for the chapter!
BTW, a machine translation recommendation: If you are able to get the Japanese RAWs, I suggest using a combination of
DeepL transition (been told by Japanese speakers that it does a better job than other machine translators for Japanese to English).
You may also want to accompany that with using something like Google Lens. Though, if you get a chart for hiragana and katakana characters, you can manually enter stuff and look up the action words too for instances where the detection fails.
Do this, and your end results will be [chef's kiss] compared with what you might otherwise get! :3
If you need help with cleaning & typesetting, I can direct you to some RESOURCES for your own amusement and education! 😜 Cuz, you know, fanlation by scanlation is by definition "working at a black company" 😅🤣💯
And for those who are missing the context, this means that the firm is bad. Only has the barest of relationship to ethnicity beyond the now ancient (and, yes, totally fucked) "darker skin = bad" tropes that need to die by volcanic sacrifice. But, basically, it means that these firms do "shit in the shadows", pretend to be "good", but are in fact evil slave drivers. 🤔 I guess in a way, they are "white" companies… 😅🤣🤣🤣💯 I kid! I kid! But, seriously… scanlation is
supposed to be a "labor of love", hence why "insane reader expectations" and "unhealthy demands" are a running trope for these past 25+ years of being a thing. That said, PLEASE, BE KIND TO YOUR TRANSLATION TEAM AND RESPECT THEIR WORK, IRRESPECTIVE OF ITS QUALITY, CUZ THIS SHIT AIN'T EASY! I SWEAR! 🤣😅😅💯
Take care, all! ❤️🍿💯
