If that drawing flashback is one example of an ongoing pattern of how Chia treated Chie alongside the MC all throughout her childhood - I can see why she would be bitter, I think.

I don't think there's any malice on Chia's part in asking her sister to deliver lunch since she'd be at the same school building anyway, but if there's continuous history of the little sister being sidelined/ignored/upstaged and all in favor of the MC, then her resentment is at least understandable, if not necessarily justified (since there's also a chance she's never spoken up about it with anyone, and simply let her feelings fester).

Aye, understandable, but still misdirected. She's the little sister, living in the same house, whereas Kento is just a neighbour. There's only so much time he could ever spent with Chia, ultimately. It seems like the little sister's personality itself prevented her from making progress. She's too socially awkward even with her own family. It hasn't got much to do with Kento. We do know he's pretty average. He wouldn't have tried to monopolise Chia in any particularly significant manner, nor could he, being just a neighbour with his own family. This is a far cry from March Comes in Like a Lion.

At least the little sister is still a decent person, even if too awkward and taciturn for her own good.
