Dude's unfortunately a character from a different type of manga stuck in this universe that wants to force hentai-esque situations over and over upon him, is my general read on this series.

He's more-or-less straight-laced and just wants to study for high school, but then all these other characters are either overtly or are secretly horny for him, and/or just habitually set up situations that seem like they should be leading straight into R18 territory. And he has to just suffer through it all, because he's long since figured that it wouldn't actually happen and it's all just an effort to tease/mock/harass/otherwise distract him.

At least, that's how any of this makes sense to me on a meta level.
