Honestly, this is the first time I've seen a reader request that we don't add fan colorings. It's a fairly common practice I've seen plenty of times, and I thought many readers would appreciate seeing some awesome panels in color. Plus, we aren't official translators, so these aren't "official" chapters!

MangaDex rules stipulate that fan colored panels should be placed at the end of the chapter, or if the entire chapter is fan colored, then uploaded into a fan colored listing of the series. We follow both of these guidelines ^^

As far as I am concerned, I prefer anything not directly related to the translation to be somewhere else: in comments, in fans' discord group, on colorer's page, wherever. A simple phrase "we've got some colored images for fans here here and here" on the credits page should be more than enough
Me personally when I start reading the chapter on MD I look at page number, to have an approximation of when the chapter is gonna end. And I have some expectations based on that. If there's a lot of non-chapter pages at the end, it feels like chapter abruptly ends, and this is not a pleasant feeling. Though I should admit this may sound autistic to you, I'd prefer to not experience this situation if possible.
Of course you are not forced to follow my wishes, and are free to do anything you want. But you do understand that you inevitably get a scornful look from me in this case, right?)

We conducted a poll a few months ago which received over 400 votes, and the readers voted overwhelmingly to add the colored panels at the end of each X.4 chapter. I understand how you feel, but I'll cater to the wishes of the majority of readers ^^

I hope it won't be too jarring for you going forward, given that it's only for the final part of each chapter and there usually aren't this many colorings to share. If it does end up being a deal breaker for you, I would suggest purchasing the official translation instead! You can find it on the Manga Up app ^^
