Enjoying this story so far but feels like we're in a rush to get to the next arc. Sixten appearing again like that really muddied up the weight of this arc as it was supposed to be about the MC getting his feet wet. Now I get the vibe we're gonna be moving into territory that will be almost immediately heavier in gravity.

This author is really unpopular in japan, their previous work was just like this, incredible art, interesting premise but too western and does not cater to anime cliches, and was axed extremely abruptly. Everyone reading this and seeing it tank in the weekly ratings is thinking the same. The author just needs to stop trying shounen jump and go to an indie publisher. Let them release monthly if needed but man, these mangas should exist, I’m so tired of dumb as fuck isekai fantasy tropefestas…

1. Is any of that confirmed? Like, is that the reason Japanese readers gave, or is that just speculation?

2. This is shonen jump, so I'm not sure what isekai has to do with anything. That shit's gonna exist regardless. The barrier to entry is basically non-existent.
