Very deserved axing imo. One of the worst light novels I’ve ever read past volume 1 (which is where the manga ended).

It is a different beast, more drama and isolation, but I'm a fan of the novel version of The Moonlight Sculptor. There is a comic version, but gives a different impression being a web comic. It is Korean if that gives an impression.
