The pacing in this manga is really slow compared a normal Yuri/Shoujo AI manga.
The chapter 90-110 would be the perfect progress for first kiss or progress (as a secret) or much more than just adoring feelings but we have yet to reach that levels for whatever reason.

Next few chapter would be about the Student Council Arc.

I have seen something similar in VN,
Likely Yukino will ran as a President in future and make the relationship between two faction closer like 50 year ago.

When that happens hopefully we finally get kiss and confession.
Maybe sex too??

Oh my, I think only the kiss and them dating and things like that, I don't think that will happen.
Though now I am confused, there are differences between shoujo-ai and yuri, right?

Shoujo-ai is technically the tame version of Yuri based on Western standard.

Technically it involve girls being gay but either subtle or slowly building up towards it.

Yuri otherwise is very blantant about it, aside from obvious Ecchi or smut, it mostly consist of drama, kissing, and sometimes sex. Hence Yuri standard made like this.

If you're used to see Yuri stuff, there's not much difference between Shoujo AI and Yuri, it just add up more confusion to the table.
