Only the bottom two and the top left (which is just moga chan again) have appeared. This is how imouto imagines moga-chan looks could have evolved over the years since she last saw her, but her brain.exe froze when trying to comprehend how we got to the current version.

Yes, the baseball one with the short hair was a girl and is now the blonde, and the one with the long hair and hat was actually a boy and is now short haired.

The little sister is trying to process what the Mogami twins from the past should look like now. She imagined the shy long haired short one (assuming he was a girl) to be the gyaru but she was mistaken & the tomboy one was the gyaru. She thought the tomboy would grow up into something different & imagined that she'll grow up looking like one of those two characters.
