From a logical point of View, Nonna is the best choice as an Aristocrat's Wife, because of her Knowledge on medieval noble society...
But i somehow just do not like her, and only because of that god awful personality.

Whenever Ägir is off to war, Nonna will spend the time bankrupting him by buying useless amenities no one ever needed. Ägir could easily put a stop to this by putting his foot down and prohibiting it, or giving Adolf permission to shoot her attempts down, but he never does, and so she seemingly only gets worse and worse. Also horribly entitled to the end. Just full on Karen.

I understood his son took the throne from him. But i supposed mc simplely let it happen because he doesn't really care for it.
Mc still keep his harem with him till the end?
Or only Lucy remains?

Been a while since i read it, but iirc he accidentally fucks his own daughter, his son kills him for it, enhanced by lucy who wants a chance to turn ägir into a vamp.
Celia tries to save him and almost dies.
Lucy turns Ägir into a vamp and he immediately turns Celia too as she is about to die.
So in the End he goes live in a cabin or cave or something with Lucy and Celia.
There are then around 50 chapters of Afterstory following his kids or sometimes Ägir as a Vampire, and one that was supposed to be a series but never was where he returns to the capital zo brynhildr for some vampire war.

It's crazy how it developed, it's understandable from what i had see till now in the manga, but it would be better if he take at least his main harem with him.
