The girl that gets stolen has not appeared. I think we're still in like the first 30 chapters of the web novel with the manga, and there are a LOT of women still to come (like, a "fuckton", pun intended). The girl that I'm referencing is a mayor of one of the city-states (which haven't even been mentioned yet haha), and she gets stolen because the MC's residence is really far away from where she's mayor, so a closer guy ends up taking her away. It's not really a big deal because MC fucks the guy's wife while he's in the room and she admits that MC is better than her husband at sex (it's a competition lol).
